Jean-Marc Cafà

Lead Facilitator & Learning Design

With over 18 years of experience in creative learning and leadership development, Jean-Marc equips leaders with the skills to thrive in a fast-changing world. Specialising in adult and corporate learning, he collaborates with organizations like The Evolution Group, FreeHour, The Pro Clinic and local schools to design impactful, tailored programmes.

Outside of work, his passion for the arts drives his creative approach, including directing theatre and championing the Inner Development Goals. Jean-Marc empowers leaders to adapt, excel, and drive meaningful transformation.

Denise Perini

Graphic & Content Design

Denise is a project and production manager by profession, with an eye for graphic design, content creation, and youth-centered initiatives. As the former Head of Projects & Operations at FreeHour Malta, she spent three years managing impactful projects, gaining valuable experience in project planning and execution.

Denise’s professional foundations were built at Studio 18 under the mentorship of Jean-Marc Cafa’, where she gained hands-on experience in marketing, project development, and business structuring. This foundation informs her versatile approach to both creative and operational challenges.

Jamie Dent

Co-Facilitator

Jamie Dent is a young professional with expertise in leadership, social media, and marketing. For the past 5 years, Jamie has played a key role at FreeHour, first as Head of Content, leading a Gen Z team of 11 . Under Jamie’s leadership, FreeHour’s Instagram grew to 75,000+ followers, becoming the strongest platform in Malta.

Recently, Jamie also became Executive Leader at FreeHour, reflecting a deep commitment to mentoring the company’s young team. This dual role showcases Jamie’s blend of strategy, creativity, and leadership, driving significant growth and impact among the Gen Z audience.
